What we collect
When you join AWASA, log in to the member dashboard, list an item in the Marketplace, or send a message via the Contact page, we collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email address, callsign, and any details in your message or listing.
How we use it
Information is used to administer membership, process event registrations and donations, operate the Marketplace and Forum, and send The Bulletin to subscribed members. We do not sell member information to third parties.
Marketplace & Forum visibility
Details you choose to publish in a Marketplace listing or Forum post — including your display name and general location — are visible to other logged-in members.
Cookies & local storage
The site uses local storage only to remember your night-mode display preference on this device. No tracking cookies are set for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You may request a copy of the information AWASA holds about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account, at any time by contacting the Committee.
