Thanks to the hard work and determination of our historian, Richard Dismore F4WCD (ex-ZS6TF), the SAIEE (South African Institute of Electrical Engineers) gave the AWA a chance to showcase what we are about. The show day was a great success, and the AWA was granted 'residence' in one of the rooms in the historical Innes House, which is suitably now a museum to the history of communication.
